Kansas City Chiefs super star quarterback Patrick Mahomes concussion update. Patrick Mahomes will play tomorrow in the AFC championship game against the Buffalo Bills despite having a concussion against the Cleveland Browns last Sunday. Patrick Mahomes suffer the injury late in the game against the Browns last week, and went to the concussion protocol throughout the week. He is however capable of playing and will play against the bills for the right to go to the Super Bowl for the second consecutive year. It is yet to see if he will have any residual effects from having a concussion, but I anticipate that he will not have any effects as Andy Reid feels very confident that his quarterback is ready willing and able to leave the Chiefs to their second consecutive Super Bowl
