New York Jets Head Coach Prediction + Staff! | 2021 Offseason

Click on the video linked above to watch as we break down my personal head coaching prediction for the New York Jets this offseason. Im also going to share my thoughts on a potential staff that the Head coach will bring!

First candidate we can talk about is Arthur Smith, the current Titans OC. He’s had 2 interviews with the team already and the Jets are reportedly very high on him.

Next, is Joe Brady the current Panthers OC.This young up and comer, has impressed with every team he has interviewed with. The teams include the Jets, Texans, Eagles and the Falcons.

Robert Saleh is another very popular candidate, the DC for the San Fransisco 49ers. Saleh, like Smith has interviewed twice with the Jets and both meetings went well. I do think there is a blockade within the terms of the contract though. That is why we’ve seen Saleh leave and interview with Philly and the Chargers afterwords.

Another coach to watch is Brandon Staley, the Rams DC. Again another popular candidate within the coaching circle. An up and coming candidate who’s done a tremendous job this season with the Rams defense.

I think when it’s all said and done, the choice will be Saleh. I think he is everything that the Jets are looking for in a candidate. He can provide that managerial aspect to the game unlike Gase. He runs a great Cover 3-4 system in San Fran with a base 4-3 front. Jets fans have been wanting to switch over to a 4-3 for quite some time because we have not been able to get after the QB.
