Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf - best receiving duo in the NFL?

Coming off our most impressive victory of the season, Seahawks fans obviously have a lot to be excited about. For 3 quarters, the 49ers offense was mute, only scoring 7 points, being rendered completely irrelevant. While the 49ers did suffer some major injuries during the game, losing Jimmy Garoppolo and George Kittle, San Francisco’s offense surprisingly started performing better without their starters… Showing that injuries were not the culprit for San Francisco in this one. Besides, Seattle was without our 2 leading pass-rushers, Jamal Adams and Benson Mayowa, not to mention trusty backs Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde, or starting left guard Mike Iupati. The Buffalo Bills are a good team but will not be victorious if Seattle plays the game I am predicting. I say Seattle beats Buffalo going away 38-27, here are my reason why:

Jamal Adams is expected to make his return this week, and Carlos Dunlap is slated to make his Seahawks debut! Dunlap is expected to have an instant impact in Seattle, coming off a 9 sack season. Carlos’ least productive season in the NFL (in terms of sacks), he tied our sack-leader from 2019 with 4.5.

Buffalo struggles when trailing in ball games. Even when the Bills have the lead, once opponents gain momentum, Buffalo struggles to gain it back. Buffalo led big in last years Wildcard game at the Texans, up 13 at the half. As soon as Houston got momentum back, Josh Allen was seemingly irrelevant, losing in the end 19-22. Buffalo lost 42-16 against the Titans just a few weeks ago, showing that when it rains, it pours. Seattle is never out of a ballgame and have played with the lead all season long. If Seattle gains the lead early in this one, watch closely how Josh Allen responds… You might be disappointed.
Remember when D.K. Metcalf got the ball punched out for a touchback instead of a touchdown against Dallas? That was a learning moment, one where DK responded with the game-winning touchdown catch to send a statement: the only person stopping DK, is DK. Metcalf then applied his newfound play-to-the-whistle mentality in his 22 mph chase-down tackle of Budda Baker, preventing a pick-six by the skin of his teeth. The Seahawks lost our first game two weeks ago, at the Cardinals… How did we respond? With a dominant victory over our division rival, defending NFC champion San Francisco 49ers! We have learned from our mistakes all season long and used them as fuel to sponsor our victories. I believe we do that again this week.
If the Seahawks are clicking on all cylinders, Buffalo should not stand a chance. I cannot wait to see how Russell Wilson propels Seattle in Buffalo!
